Very rare Potted Shrimps crock from Lytham Lancashire, the crock is in all white color glaze with a fine crisp clear black under glaze stencil. The crock stands 1 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide, the under glaze stencil reads S.A. CROZIER, CONFECTIONER, 5 PARK STREET, LYTHAM. Outstanding item in excellent order. Lytham is now known as Lytham St Annes since the 1920's when the small town of St Annes On The Sea and Lytham became one borough, this Potted Shrimps crock dates from the late Victorian era. Lytham St Annes is in Lancashire and is close to the towns of Blackpool and Preston.
